Religious Meeting Planners - please follow the link below to join online or click the PDF file to print an application. Once the application is received and processed, we will forward to you an RCMA "Profile" form that must be completed and returned in order to finalize your membership. New member packets are mailed out within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the completed Profile.
Associate (Suppliers) - follow the link below to join online or click the PDF file to print an application. Once the application is received and processed, a new member packet will be mailed within 1-2 weeks.
